羅家洋出生於香港。他自90年代開始從事藝術創作，其作品媒介主要為油彩及雕塑。2019年於香港創立「Antenna art studio 畫室」。羅氏曾於不同公司擔任美術及創意總監一職，並於2010至2012年間任教香港設計學院平面及網頁設計高級文憑導師。曾參與前期工作包括有「蝙蝠俠黑夜之神」、「竊聽風雲2」、「聖誕玫瑰」、「喵星人」、「智齒」及「九龍城寨之圍城展覽」等。他亦應邀參與不同媒體合作，當中包括國際設計雜誌《NewWebPick》出版的「CrazySticker」一書及香港設計中心舉辦之「香港品牌周」為四洲集團製作「甘大滋團隊」人偶雕塑。另外，亦運用創意在不同比賽上獲得優厚成績。

羅氏早期創作著重社會議題，期後透過寫生觀察，捕捉內在的灰暗並以具象及寫實呈現人類共性的精神。2010年起，羅氏致力於繪畫藝術發展，徘徊於寫實及具象之間，其作品曾於澳洲、日本、中國及香港展出。

Law Ka Yeung was born in Hong Kong, China. He has been creating art since the 1990s, with sketching, oil painting, and sculpture as his primary media. He established the Antenna Art Studio in 2019. Law’s has worked as art director in various design and advertising agencies and as a tutor of web design for advanced diploma courses at the Hong Kong School of Design from 2010 to 2012. He has participated in early projects including 'Batman: The Dark Knight Returns,' ' Overheard 2,' 'Christmas Rose,' 'Meow,' ' Limbo,' and the ' Twilight of the Warriors: Walled In Exhibition,' among others.

Law’s was invited to collaborate with different medias, includes “CrazySticker” which is published by international design magazine “NewWebPick”, designed Garage Kit for Four Seas Mercantile Holdings Ltd.’s Four Seas Biscuit Sticks team in Hong Kong Brands Week organized by Hong Kong Design Centre, etc.

Law’s earlier works addressed social issues. More recent works have focused on the darker aspects and the universality of the human spirit through observational sketching and realistic representation. Since 2010, Lo has focused on art education, and he has developed an artistic style that embodied realism and figurativism. His works have been exhibited in Australia, Japan, China, and Hong Kong.
